2. Account Creation & Security
To use the full services of janjitoto, users are required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved.
Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and all activity that takes place under their account. janjitoto recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login credentials with anyone under any circumstances.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. Users who are under 18 years of age or below the legal age limit applicable in their jurisdiction are not permitted to register or use this service.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
janjitoto users must use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. Using the platform for fraud, system manipulation, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Users are not permitted to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools intended to gain an unfair advantage in games. Violations of this provision will result in permanent account suspension and potential freezing of funds.
- Do not spread false or misleading information to other users or to the platform.
- Do not attempt to access the platform's systems, servers, or data without authorization.
- Be responsible for all transactions carried out through your personal account.
- Comply with all game rules and applicable promotional terms.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on janjitoto are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet information they register belongs to them and matches the identity data on file with the platform.
Deposit and withdrawal processes are subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits, as well as processing times that depend on the selected payment method. Withdrawals typically require additional identity verification to ensure transaction security.
janjitoto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers such as banks or e-wallets. Any suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for further verification in order to protect the security of user accounts.
5. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
janjitoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if a violation of these Terms & Conditions is found, including but not limited to: fraud, bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, or suspicious activity.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a closure request through official support channels. Any remaining funds in the account will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy, provided the account is not currently under investigation.
Accounts that are inactive for a certain period (typically 12 consecutive months without login or transactions) may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure in accordance with the policy in effect at that time. Users will be notified via their registered email before any such action is taken.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Limitation of Liability
All content on the janjitoto platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of janjitoto or its licensing partners. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify such content without written permission.
The platform is provided "as is" and janjitoto makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. We are not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, system errors, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Links to third-party websites that may appear on the platform are provided for reference only. janjitoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party sites entirely at their own risk.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
janjitoto reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without individual notice to each user. Changes will be published on this page with the update date clearly indicated.
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, and any disputes that arise will be resolved through established mechanisms. Users agree to submit to the relevant jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute relating to use of the platform.
